Are beards acceptable as an incoming analyst?

I don't have a thin or patchy beard it is full and thick. Have the times changed? Any thoughts? Thank you all

If it helps or is relevant: I'm not white (feel free to be completely honest please)

As others have said-a well groomed beard can be seen from analyst all the way to MD.

Also, especially if you aren't white people likely won't comment on it.

Just be sure you can actually grow a beard and you aren't having stubby gross facial hair lol.
