Asset Management within banks?
Anybody have any color on AM within banks (comp/ culture/ hours) Particularly interested in BB’s and how they measure up against the usual suspects I.e. Fidelity, Wellington etc.

I'm pretty sure the base pay is the same as other FO positions (85K) but does anybody know what bonus is like?
Do you know anything about FT recruiting ? Is it as ad-hoc as it is for traditional long-only’s?
Not sure. Assume it's a little less structured than IB

Have you heard anything about the pay? Would it be similar to IB or markedly less?
So not accurate. GSAM has tons of interns. Massive internship program.
damn you didn't have to give me ms. here take some back
Base pay is around 80-90k for analysts, as is standard for front office roles at banks. Not too sure what bonuses look like though.
Curious on total pay including bonus as well. Is IB to AM a possible transition after a few years?
depends on sub-group but comp is similar to IB
