Background Check questions
If I wrote double major finance and accounting on my resume when I interviewed, and later dropped finance after receiving the offer, would this look bad or would a company not care?
Also, when they call my previous employers, do they just confirm the time periods when I worked or do they ask them about my performance? I'm not on really good terms with one of my past employers.
What are some good background check sites I could use to run a background check on myself just to make sure I'm all set and nothing is wrong?
why would you drop finance after receiving the offer? if you're getting a full time, you must be a senior, right? So why would you be so lazy as to not finish what you started?
I studied abroad during my junior yr, and if I were to complete the double major, I would have to take a winter course, plus take over 20 credits my last semester. Instead I thought it'll be better to take 15 credits and study for the CPA exam on the side.
