Bananas for Transcripts

Do banks have you send in an unofficial transcript, or an official one? I ask this because I pay my own tuition, and I am somewhat past due on my student account, so they won't give me transcripts till the balance is settled. I will be able to pay it all off in a couple months, but wanted to make sure I was in the clear for background checks.

Wow that would work so much better for me, I was worried that I would have to take out a huge loan and pay off my tuition just to get a measly transcript.

Can anyone else tell me what they had to send in? I want to make sure that the odds are in my favor. Thanks!

I only ever needed unofficial from every single place I applied/interviewed.

Also, they never asked me for anything during the application/interview process, so this would be a transcript that I send in after I get the offer, during the background check.
