Bank valuation: link between P/E and P/B ratios
Hi there,
Can anyone explain the link between P/E and P/B ratio for banks?
I understand bank stock P/B ratios are valued based on ROE / COE or (ROE-g)/(COE-g) -- but what is the link to P/E ratios?
