Best Interview Experience?

There are a number of threads discussing the worst interview experiences people have suffered (from being asked impossible questions to being outright yelled at) so I am curious as to what are some of the best interviews you guys have had and what made them particularly good.

I recently had an interview with SocGen (whose offer I turned down) that was completely focused on my relevant experience and my understanding of the potential role with no "trick" questions or "what kind of animal are you?" nonsense. The interviewers were also very forthright when I asked them questions, including something they would change about the firm if they could.

So, what are some of the most professional, straightforward interviews you've had?
