Best Podcasts for Market Information
As I was walking to work yesterday listening to Ludacris "Move Bitch" (great song for NYC walking mindest), I realized that I should be listening to much more enlightening material; material that could be beneficial to me in my job. What do you guys listen to? Any energy sector or capital market specific podcasts that are off the beaten path?
The Mad Money podcast is very helpful for staying up-to-date on market trends.
FT Banking Weekly is good as well

Any of you know of any good finance podcasts?
There's Slate Money, FT's Banking Weekly (though it's super focused on EU banks), Bloomberg's Masters in Business. Anything else?
To give you a sense of my taste, I'm a big fan of Felix Salmon, EDM, Joe Weisenthal, and of course Matt Levine (I would squeal like a little girl if Matt introduced a podcast wherein he simply read his 1-2 most popular posts from the week).
There was a podcast thread a month or two back in Monkeying Around. Go back through the history and you should be able to find it in probably
Saw it, was not focused on finance podcasts. I think the Motley fools podcast is the only finance podcast from the thread that I did not include here.
What are you looking for specifically?
DH unplugged is a good one if you are more into the trading aspects of finance.
I really like PE Funcast. It's mostly chatter but the hosts are enjoyable and if I was in tech, I'd find it much more interesting.
Another thing you could do is get audible . com's one free audiobook trial (its a site run by Amazon) and listen to a finance book. It's not that bad -- I started one.
Masters in Business has had like 5 great podcasts in a row. Highly reccomended.

APM Marketplace, Taking Stock, Bloomberg Surveillance
I second that Marketplace Money is really good!
Planet Money is good too. Their explanations are very understandable
BBC biz daily has great stories, Bloomberg Advantage usually has some great interviews, marketplace morning report and marketplace tech are short podcasts in the morning to listen to
Bloomberg radio is awesome. Be cautious of listening to the general audience oriented pod casts such as "Mad Money"

Carlyle Group does a pretty intense podcast (at least 45 mins) that's pretty good and releases a new one fairly often. The name currently escapes me, but I'm sure you can find it on iTunes.
Value Investing Podcast. 30 minute interviews with value investing fund managers every week. It's fantastic.
