BlackRock 2022 Graduate Analyst Program

Applications for the analyst program have opened recently and I am planning on applying to either the Analytics and Risk dept or the sales and relationship management.
Does anyone know what the process for 2022 graduate analyst program would look like? (How many rounds of interviews will I expect, what kind of questions will be asked, etc.)
It would also help if any 2021 Analysts are able to respond with their experiences.
