BMO Capital Markets: internship program in S&T? - Campus recruiting
Does anyone who is familiar with BMO Capital Markets known if they have a summer analyst program in S&T?
Their website implies that they only have summer analyst programs in IB (despite full-time analyst programs in both) but I just wanted to double check since their website is frankly pretty shitty and hasn't really been updated for campus recruiting.

BMO Capital Markets: summer analyst position, bad rep? - IB analyst this summer (Originally Posted: 11/04/2012)
My friend was an IB analyst this summer and didn't have the best things to say. Low morale amongst analysts, a lot of bankers from firms that no longer exist who seem to be biding their time, the summer program wasn't good compared to his friends' at other firms and not much worthwhile work. Is he right? I'm thinking of dropping my resume for a summer internship but I'm not sure.
Well they aren't cutting their staff and still look to be hiring at a relatively healthy pace, so I would definitely at least drop your resume. I'd recommend keeping all of your options open, this is more of a conversation for when you have multiple offers. With that being said, I know a few people there who seem to be doing fine.
Would you happen to know their comp? Above/below street?
its closer to above street.
Supposedly they pay really good bonuses. I would apply if you don't have another offer in hand.
Pay is at least at if not slightly above street.
