Books To Learn On High-Yield Bonds & Loans
Hello all,
I work as a ratings advisor in the debt capital markets team of a Bank. However, wanted to learn more about Covenants, Structuring, Pricing and the like - especially in the high yield space. Any recommendations on which books I could pick up for the same?
Thanks
Leveraged Financial Markets by William Maxwell is a good read.
Thank you very much; found it an interesting read.
Would also recommend A Guide to Asia HY Bonds by Florian Schmidt. Although Asia specific, its covers basics of HY bonds very well.
Inside the yield book it's a fixed income classic.
