Boutique M&A Shop For Growth-Stage, Private Tech Companies - Exit Opps, Experience, Etc?

Hey all, so I'm considering taking a gig at a boutique that focuses on sell-side M&A for private tech companies between $15-$100mm EV. They also occasionally work on bigger deals, buy-side engagements and capital raises. I have checked LinkedIn and it looks like prior analysts have went to other boutique/MM banks or LMM growth PE shops, but there isn't a huge sample size.

I want to know if starting at a boutique shop will stunt career options over the longer term? Culture, hours and clients all seem awesome so I would love to stay a while, and I don't have ambitions of being at a MF. Really what I'm worried about is down the line at the Associate or VP level I just don't get paid what I could be making elsewhere. Do yall think the base of experience I will get at a shop like this will leave open doors for MM IB, (L)MM PE, VC and F500 Corp Development roles down the line?
