Business Book Recommendation

Hi people,

Want to read a book and need your recommendation.

The book I am looking for is which will enable me to understand how businesses (or certain industries) work. Ideally would like to read about main drivers, costs, margins, and trends of the industries with emphasis on strategy (finance is also welcomed). I have some books about competitive strategy, however, they are theoritical, dry, and lack examples from the business world.

Thanks

Recently I became interested in business, my dad has his own store, so I also decided to try myself in this business, but I did not have the theory and basic principles of the operation of enterprises, all my knowledge ended with the fact that I knew that there was a lot of money in business. I decided to search for books on this topic and came across ITIL v4 PDF. Very useful material, greatly helped to broaden the horizons not only in the field of twinning, but in general.

This just sounds like an undergrad business or finance degree?
