Capitve Private Equity Funds v Independent Private Equity Firms
I was wondering if anyone has any information with regards to captive funds (funds that are part of larger institutions such as investment banks) v independent PE firms.
Specifically, I was curious to know differences with regards to compensation structure, quality of the people, career progression, etc.
I know that this might be a broad question, but any information would be much appreciated. Thanks.
