Chances of landing a ER job?

I am a rising senior at a target undergrad with a 3.6 GPA. I had an internship at a F500 in change management in preparation for consulting interviews, but really didn't like it or the consultants who were at company. Have always been interested in the market and have followed, trading on the side sporadically. Realized equity research would be a perfect job for me. Do I have a chance at a FTO in the upcoming recruiting season, or am I too late by not getting a finance internship?

Pretty slim right out of undergrad with no finance/accting/markets SA experience. I would try land an S&T job since you say you're interested in markets and go to a target -- larger opportunity set and decent feeder to ER. Then after 1-2 years in a markets position and a CFA Level 1/2 will get you the ER interviews you want.
