Changes to submitted Resume

I'm a sophomore. I applied for tons of finance internships and programs, many of which I'm currently in the first or final round interview stages.
I put multivariable calculus for relevant coursework on my resume which I submitted to all these internships because I'm taking that right now, but I'm probably going to have to drop the course because I didn't do too well on an exam. So do I email all these people about the change? Or should I only email to the ones I get accepted to? What should I do? I don't want to get "dinged" for this when they ask for a transcript later and see no multivariable calculus on it.
