Citi Finance-M&A vs. PNC Capital Markets Group vs. JP Morgan Finance

I want to eventually get into an IBD. Out of these three what is my best option that might eventually lead to Investment Banking???

For SA of FT? Locations?

If it were SA...I have heard of SA JPM financiers upgrading into other departments like asset management. For FT, I have not heard good things, such as dead end & boring

Citi- This is similar to the JPM program but I guess you already know you would be supporting M&A from a BO/MO role.

PNC- not sure the quantity of deals, but have read and heard good things on WSO about the program's structure. It is also the most FO of your options, but probably the worst location.

People always say experience/quality of job over the brand.. so I would give a good thought into PNC, personally.
