Cold Email Conversion Rate
Kind of curious about your cold-email conversion rates? I've been doing a spray an pray strategy and have a conversion rate of 18% (email to completed call). Curious to know if others have been having similar/better success. I have a few calls set up for next week and people who asked me to follow up so my hit rate is probably closer to 20%-25%.
For context - 4th Year Non-Target w/ decent GPA and internships at one of the largest companies in country + quant role at large AM ($50B+) trying to land FT
