Wondering what comp here is like - seems like WSO stats and google etc are a bit skewed or off. Wondering for all levels, including Analyst, Associate. Thanks guys. Looking at RMCF fund (micro cap).

Won’t be much negotiation, it’ll be standardized comp.
associate comp is ~$220-250k, heavily weighted to bonus (variable on deal flow). Base is pretty low.
Hmm, interesting. so at the best it’s like street but when things aren’t going great it’s not good. Seems like they have TONS of dealflow though. Lmk what you think?

At the SA level it’s $20/hr in HCOL city
I've heard that they get deal bonuses when deals close, even at the associate level. Seems odd given that incentives people to close deals whether they're good or bad and can be luck of the draw at the junior level.
They have a pretty repeatable strategy that’s pretty hard to screw up
