yeah id be interested to know too. also any idea about dealflow at their boston office? they're doing interviews on campus soon so the more info the better.

Compensation's slightly below the Street. Know several people who are working / have worked there. Dealflow is what you'd expect at a small, non boutique firm. Most of their analysts usually try and lateral. Culture seems to be pretty good. Can't go wrong accepting an offer here, although I haven't found anyone who's turned down a 'better' firm for Cowen.

If you're set, then don't worry about it.
Their SA recruitment is kind of a rolling acceptance process... I think they have their class pretty much set but they might be looking for one or two more.... can't hurt to apply
