Credit Fund Technicals

Starting B-School in a few weeks and with recruiting season starting to pick up I'm starting the process of brushing up on technicals for interviews. I'm targeting credit funds and would appreciate any feedback anyone could offer regarding my plan of attack.

Markets related questions:

I'm planning to continue reading the WSJ, FT, etc., paying attention to FED commentary, and read any publications that get put out by firms that are being widely talked about.

400 Question Guide:

Valuation (Beginning and advanced), LBO's (Beginning and Advanced), DCF (Beginning and Advanced), Enterprise Value (Begining and Advanced), Accounting (Beginning and Advanced)

Should I skip the Distressed M&A and Merger Model questions?

Does this seem like a good plan of attack for these kinds of interviews? Are there any other good resources I should be checking out in place of the 400 question guide or that supplement it?
