Currently interviewing with McKinsey as a lateral hire for BTO
Hi,
I am currently in the interview process with McKinsey (one of the West Coast offices) for an Associate position in their BTO practice. Briefly here's my background: BS + MS CS, 4 years of cross-functional experience in the High-Tech industry.
I've a few questions and I'd appreciate if you could provide some insights:
1. Beyond the case and PIE (personal interview experience), would there be any other component to the interview especially anything specific to Technology (since I am interviewing with the BTO practice) ?
2. Since I'm not in school anymore, can you provide some actionable advice on finding someone to practice cases with ?
