Did Adam Neumann Start an Investment Bank? "Success-Based Compensation"

No bullshit guys. I got an email from a sketch firm called NYIC New York International Capital Partners. How's it sketch? Their office is on the 6th floor. Have not done business with any legit finance firm besides Cantor that has an office on the sixth fucking floor....Now I don't know what kind of chop shop this is exactly but get this they don't have any salary and they the pay is "success based compensation" which sounds like something the guy who coined community adjusted EBITDA would come up with.

Personally I'd usually prefer dipping my nuts in honey and resting them on an ant hill over doing a chop shop internship for "success based compensation"

Does anyone know anything about this firm? Funny thing is I didn't even apply.......

Here it is below

Careers NYIC

Dear Candidate,

Please answer the following questions:

We are sure you have seen we have made it clear on our official website and in the job posting on LinkedIn that we cannot pay salaries or benefits because just like you, we are still very young but very ambitious and promising. At this point, we can only pay you after we make money together. We do offer good success-based compensation and expenses reimbursement to those who can stay with us for the long term, deliver a good performance, and make money with us together. We want to check with you once again: are you willing to proceed with us?

Our head office is located at ONE WEST END, 1 W End Ave 6F, Manhattan, New York City. We host potential clients on the sell-side and investors on the buy-side who will invest in our clients. Analysts will be able to come into the office physically only when hosting a meeting with client or an investor. Analysts will also be able to get access to the office area when they are promoted as an investment banking team quarterback. However, prior to that, Analysts will work off-site, online, and on the G Suite Enterprise Cloud provided by our vendor Google

You will also be guided by experienced senior investment bankers, top bankers in the industry, on their day-to-day work;

You will be offered full access to an Enterprise-level NYIC Google G Suite Cloud, including an NYIC Corporate Email, Corporate Messengers Accounts, large Drive storage, and training materials;

You will be able to work on the entire deal process from the very beginning to very end and authorized with true responsibilities: e.g. to host client and investor chief executive online or in-person meetings;

You will be offered a highly flexible work schedule.

Having being clearly aware of the above situation, are you still willing to proceed?

Right now we have a big class: more than 150 people based in the U.S., in Europe and Asia. Supervisors will be based in New York, but also in London and Asia cities. Will you be able to respond to the messages and emails WITHIN A FEW MINUTES, or latest only in a couple of hours if you have class or in a meeting?

Are you able to start immediately?

Are you completely aware that we do expect you to work highly efficiently four to five hours per day? Four to five hours cumulatively will be good, and highly flexible schedule will be offered;

Are you completely aware that NYIC Global Investment Banking Division will offer training and an educational environment where coursework will be integrated by assigning to the real on-going live deals and take real deal management responsibilities with day-to-day guidance by "Multiple" top experienced Wall Street investment bankers? For example, to host meetings and present the engaged company to the chief executives of the buyers or to the potential clients.

Kind regards,

Human Resources Division
