Disabled kid

I'm a non-diversity kid with a visual disability condition trying to break in. Due to the fact I've had to have eye operations and such I live at home with parents which makes it difficult for me to do E.C.s/ interact with students on campus. This condition started my senior year of high school and had to start getting eye operations freshman year of college. Needless to say, do I have any shot of breaking into anything? (BO/MO/FO). I'd pick up a pt job (bank teller or some other hs level job) in a heartbeat if I could but it's very difficult to get a lot practically speaking in my condition. I'm able to use a laptop though for classwork (granted I am very close to screen). Because of my vision problems I don't go out much other than to campus and back and can't drive. Any advice on what to do?
