Do companies pay for travel for lateral hires?
Per topic, do companies pay for superday travels for experienced hires? I know most companies pay for expenses for OCR/college hires, but what about for experienced hires? Reason I'm asking is that I know at least at my firm OCR/college hires have a huge budget from Campus Relationship. I'm currently in a regional finance hub and looking to move to NYC/SF so looking to lateral early.
Alternatively, I'm also considering spending a week or two in NYC for PE recruitment. Any idea how to reach out to HHs when that happens this summer?
Appreciate any feedback.

I don't know of any reputable company that doesn't at least reimburse for travel expenses if they're having you come for an interview.
Makes sense. Just wasn't sure because at least at my shop SA recruiting comes from Campus Recruiting budget. They paid for several nights of hotel stay (double queen bed for some reason...) for superday + training later on. Once I converted full-time they become stingy AF with their expensing policy. Anyway appreciate your feedback.
