Do you see this at your school or during events, superdays, or programs?

I am a diverse student at a high-ranking university, and I am curious if other people notice the same thing I do. Whenever I go to diversity info sessions or diversity programs/events, I constantly see non-diverse candidates there. Do others experience this too? Or, at diversity super days, do others notice non-diverse candidates?

I would like to see if my experience is the same across schools and firms, or if I am an anomaly. It seems counterintuitive for firms to market diversity events and have non-diverse candidates, so I want to see if others notice this too. Please let me know!

  5. some programs only want you to describe how you have contributed to diversity, don't need to actually be diverse to do so for some of these
