Do you use your work e-mail for PE recruiting?
A lot of people in my bank do, and it's getting hard managing everything (set up times, send resumes, send reviews) from my iphone.

A great number of people use their work email for PE recruiting. It shouldn't be an issue, so long as your firm doesn't have a recruiting ban.
My concern is that you have indirectly refer to the deals you are working on on your resume, especially the ones that are not closed. If compliance/your MDs get a wind of this, there might be some issues.
What exactly are you disclosing on the one line that describes the transaction? Perhaps you're being too specific.
In any case, literally hundreds of analysts use work email to communicate with headhunters. Resumes pass through this digital real estate without issue.
If it really makes you feel so paranoid, just keep using your personal account. Another upside of using your personal email address is that you don't have to reconnect with headhunters after you leave your current job.
Most guys in my group used their work email. I didn't, partly because I didn't want Big Brother monitoring me, and partly because I hate getting extraneous emails at work.
If you're worried at all for whatever reason, take the smart path and keep using your personal email. It's worth the minor headache (and you'll get used to doing business from your phone).

Will this raise any red flags at BBs?
Depends on the firm -- know BBs that care a lot and BBs that could care less. Ask 2nd/3rd years in your group who have gone through the process.
Delete -- double post.
Just use gmail. As long as your email isnt something childish/idiotic like snoopizzleforizzlemynizzle.
