more on the growth side, TCV, NEA, IVP, Redpoint, Insight Venture Partners, etc.
Is Tcv good?
totally. one of the really good venture growth funds.
Silver Lake has a NY office.
Insight is a big one. We see Blackstone, KKR and Carlyle compete less but they still are in most of our processes. We see WCAS, Warburg and Advent a lot. Stone Point for any Tech with a finance component. Summit, TA and GA on growthy side.
Most of what the previous poster said is on west coast.
how is insights performancs? do their employees exit well to other shops?
Extremely good and yes, to VC generally (they were Insight Venture Partners before Insight Partners)
