Evercore Private Placements?

Posted a thread a few days ago inquiring about PFG and you all were really helpful – now asking about Private Placements. What do exits, comp, prestige look like? Again, trying to assess the group independent to EVR's brand name. Hoping to exit into buyside – would this group position me well? Any insight is much appreciated.
