Finding a Leverage for S&T

I am determined to work in S&T after I graduate. I am a junior who goes to a nontarget (might as well be a community college) in the northeast, above 3.5 GPA, STEM major, some nonfinance sales experience, currently have a finance related internship, good extracurricular activities, and blah blah blah.

It has been a significant recruiting season for me, considering that I had 2 first round interviews and one superday (never had one of those until now) at a EB.

Considering that BB recruiting for S&T is pretty much over, what other roles should I consider over the summer that would give me the best leverage for S&T FT recruiting next year, assuming the worst case scenario (second to not getting an internship at all) and I don't get obtain an S&T internship?
