Firms in Austin
Looking to move to Austin within the next 6-12 months and would like to start looking around for potential companies to apply/network into. Specifically looking for companies that do anything from financing to investment sales. MF would be a plus as I'm currently working in MF agency debt underwriting. Thanks!

You're just asking for something very specific, MF focus, Austin based lenders or brokers.
Let me start with the obvious: All the BB banks for lenders and CBRE, JLL, CW for the brokers...ie the usual suspects.

Juniper Square has a presence in Austin. If you aren't familiar with them, they are an investment management software company dedicated to commercial real estate fundraising and investor relationship management. I know a number of large multifamily groups on the west coast that have transitioned to their platform. They are on the cutting edge of REPE.
