FLDP Recruiting Timeline
Starting to see a few FLDP applications open up - specifically microsoft. Any ideas on what the typical timeline looks like for the top (F100) FLDP's this year?

Microsoft does first-round phone interviews on an ongoing basis and will have 3-4 superdays between late August - November. This is for both interns and fulltime.
Microsoft has Superdays??? What do they ask you to do — walk you through a DCF? lmao
Every F100 FLDP I interviewed for had some sort of superday or final round. Each firm was a little different, but the final rounds consisted of behaviorals, case-study questions, and technicals (though not to the degree of my IB interviews).
I went to three superdays for different FLDPs. GE's FMP, Raytheon's FLDP, and General Mills' FLDP. These are generally regarded as very good programs. The technicals are not nearly at the same level as IB, but superdays are not 100% technical grill sessions. They're just really involved interview days.
If you're interested in an FLDP, maybe take your condescension elsewhere. These are not easy programs to get in to.
Wow you suck
