From consulting to private equity - restucturing

Hello,

I have an opportunity as an intern analyst in private equity - restructuring in a holding that just created an SPV. The company is new and working with a major consulting firm in the restructuring industry named Prospheres. Before having this opportunity, I worked during three years as a bank consultant. I am doing a master in financial engineering and the internship is to validate my master. I am considering this opportunity but I still have some doubts, I want to know if intern analysts coming from small and unknown funds can have work opportunities in the same field (I mean Private Equity) in time of crisis or if an Investment banker coming from a big bank can be in a better position to negotiate an analyst position. The holding will be looking in the future for a permanent position but nothing is promessed because of the crisis.
