Application Process Steps and Advice, JPM & HSBC SA
I recently just took the SJT for HSBC Retail Banking & Wealth Management. I see the next steps are other tests regarding numerical reasoning and other online assessments. What is the best way to prepare for these and other ways to propel myself in the recruitment process. Should I try to cold call MDs in HSBC and ask their advice to hint I applied and to prove I am being proactive, or just sit and wait? Onto JP Morgan, I applied for Asset & Wealth Management SA and have received multiple emails from them basically saying that the applications are being individually screened with emphasis on professional skills and suitability. Is this a good sign? This is the second automated follow up I have received. Thanks in advance for anything you have to offer.
