Ignore Gotham, he's just salty he's still an analyst at year three.

I was in the program last summer in one of their bigger offices. Really nice firm, people are super nice and shed the typical finance attitude. They walk you through all of the groups they have through analyst and MD panels, take you out to dinner with a lot of senior people then finish off with a case study which really proves how you can apply yourself in a group setting. Analysts and Associates hang around to help/talk with you in a more casual setting but be aware, how you perform and interact with the group is taken into account in their evaluation of you.

Goal of the whole program is to find their summer analyst class for the next year. I'm finishing my summer there next week after receiving an offer with IB from FLF. Any more questions feel free to PM me.

A little presumptuous aren't we? I'm not a third year bud. Simply haven't update the profile... Also, I've made it in 18 months...not 3 years ;).

Back to my earlier comment, attend all the forums, future "insert whatever" meetings you want, but until you're a senior banker (VP and above), you are a grunt, a cog and not a team member.
