Glencore Super Day
Has anyone out there had a superday at Glencore for the global graduate program, specifically for the oil division? If so, what's the distribution of questions between oil market knowledge, derivatives/hedging, and domain knowledge: like blending, distillation, refining and other similar topics?

Great question What background knowledge/ experience you coming in with?
I'm a senior in college. Only relevant experience is some exposure to grain/oilseed hedging for a small ag firm, but I've studied everything related to oil and am fairly confident in my level of knowledge. I was hoping to get some insight on how to focus my preparation, but the super has already happened, so now I'm just waiting to hear back.
