Go For It or Not?

Hi everyone,

Today I got a call from a BB about them wanting me to go directly into a super day. However, it's for an auditing internship, and my main interest is in equity research... My question is: should I still go for this super day even though auditing is something I'm not interested in at all and it's at a BB? Or should I forgo this BB opportunity? Additionally, this is probably the best chance I'll have at working at a BB. So far people I've talked to have told me to go for it, but I'm interested in what you monkeys think.

There is never any harm in taking an interview. If nothing else it will be good practice.

This ^^ Mock super days are VERY helpful and a real one is even better!!

Thanks for the input guys! But let's say that I do get the offer, should I accept it? Like zeroblued said, it seems like it's nearly impossible to get out of the back office. =/

That question would be highly dependent on your other options.

I'm a junior, so the type of internship I get for this summer kind of matters haha...Unless I go for full time, but I feel like it'll be harder to get ER for full time recruiting...
