i dont think it will be that hard, assuming you are doing acquisitions at the REIT, then you will be doing identical work as at any repe
Similar skill sets assuming you have a working knowledge of Argus and excel modeling, transition should be smooth
biggest adjustment will be cultural, in my experience. with regards to the actual work, slight learning curve to familiarize yourself with new product types and related metrics.
