Didn't notice this was RE, but I can't imagine it's too different. As a recent grad, and even for the foreseeable future, I think it's a given that it should be included.

However, I know little about the RE world, so take it with a grain of salt (unsure what's common in the industry in this regard) but I would keep my GPA.

I recently got a job as an analyst in an acquisition's role for firm in LA (fresh out of college). Throughout my entire recruitment process I did not include my gpa on my resume given that it wasn't the most impressive. That said every interview whether in person or on the phone asked about it. So, if you do choose to exclude it be prepared to talk about why. If you have a solid gpa definitely put in on there. For me my gpa didn't affect my opportunities too much because I had 2 years valuation experience (similar to you) and I had Argus DCF & AE experience as well.

I agree with bolo up. I don't think real estate folks care much about GPA to be honest. Many developers and the like are entrepreneurial and would care more about your story and why you want to work in CRE/your previous real estate experience. Institutions like banks may have an HR GPA 'screen' to filter out applications showing a certain GPA or under, however. Obviously if you have a good GPA, say 3.5/4.0 or above, then by all means include it. It's just to show you have academic discipline is all.
