At least this is what is on liquidity. But don’t know if legit. Can anyone verify whether or not this is true?

AS0/AS1: $175 (from $150)
AS2: $200 (from $175)
AS3: $225 (from $200)
The other EBs are likely to match this increase, right?
I feel like that gap is large enough where places now have to match, I imagine this will be the standard across banks in a year from now.
Now that Gugg has moved EVR/MOE/LAZ/PJT should follow...fingers crossed
Some EB's in your list are already at 160 for AS0/AS1, so we'll see if they move.

Holy shit huge for Analyst 1s in terms of % increase. Second only to CVP in terms of overall comp now.

At worst it’s moving variable back-ended compensation to fixed compensation with overall staying the same. Always better to get the money now

Heard that BMO was upping comp at the Junior levels. Is that true? Any insight on this?
Hopefully total comp increases across the board but either way this is good news
Evercore needs to follow suit. It's been several years that other EBs pay more than EVR. We are approaching bulge territory...

AN? ASO? or higher...
Can only speak for ASO but this past year, EVR paid $5-10k more in base but paid $20k++ less in bonus compared to PJT and Guggenheim specifically. IDK about LAZ/Moelis/PWP
Why do wells only pay $175k base for VP?
They're at 225k for VP at least in IB. Guessing they will move up to 250k assuming they increase AS3 to 225k along with the other banks.
Will this apply to incoming full time analysts as well?
