HL RX Base Salary Raise
Not sure about AN1 and not sure about the CF group, but can confirm AN2/AN3 base salaries are now 115k/125k for HL RX
Edit: inclusive of comment below, AN1/AN2/AN3 bases are 105k/115k/125k

What was it before?
They never officially announced what the numbers were for RX so it was still 85/90/95 before now
That's a 20/25 bump - hopefully it sets the standard for all the other EBs

AN2 bonuses were $100k+. I’d guess as high as $120k maybe higher for some

Last year, A1 made over 200k all in one year out college, it’s not that bad
i mean yea realistically anything over like 60k one year out of college is pretty nuts, just wondering since eb rx used to be so much higher than bb.

Can't speak to CF but in RX bonuses are not materially different between US offices. I would imagine this is the case in CF as well
is it possible/easier to lateral from cf to rx if you are already in the firm?
Have seen it done a few times at the analyst level. You still need to probably do atleast 1 year in CF and need to have someone in RX go to bat for you so will need to network and raise with HR but needs to be done the right way to not piss off anyone in either group
What about London folks?
When I left valuation (FVA) at HL, associates made $130k base in that group. Thanks for the extra validation - no idea how they swallow that discount to CF / RX after these recent raises.
Any updates? Seems like almost all BBs are at 110k and most EBs are at 110k+

Haven't heard anything on increases but agree some other banks have already done a second wave of raises. I imagine if there is any 2nd round of base salary increases it would coincide with the An/As end of year periods at HL as it did last year (May for associates, August for analysts)
