How is CS FIG
Thinking of lateraling to CS FIG from an LMM firm, wondering what the culture is like and if people are jumping ship lately?

Career Resources
recruited there last year so can add some color. Had some marquee deals recently:
- Worldpay - FIS (35bil)
- Aon - Willis Tower Watson (31bil)
- TD - Charles Schwab (26bil)
- Ellie May - Intercontinental Exchange (11bil)
- S&P - IHS (44bil)
So from a deal flow perspective, it's definitely better than it was 3-4 years ago. Having said that, it is not a group you will join for its culture. The group is divided into two subgroups where Insurance and AM are together and the other side is banks/fintech/specfin. The insurance/AM side is a complete sweatshop and the culture isn't good either (a lot of facetime, consistently staying late nights). Most of my interaction was with folks on the banks/fintech/specfin side and they were normal, albeit maybe a bit nerdy. The exits have historically been subpar and a lot of analysts I know stay on as associates at the firm.
thanks buddy!! you get the offer?
Didn't get the offer but advanced to the superday. Ultimately went to another group that tops its coverage league tables. Do you have an offer from CS FIG?
