I'm only eating 1900 calories per day, so I poop about 1-2 per day. When I eat 3000+ calories per day, I poop 4-5 per day.

I eat almost exclusively meat, fish, eggs, and a lot of veggies (w/ olive oil, apple cider vinegar, pepper, little to no salt, sometimes a bit of good cheese, mustard, hot sauce). And 1-2 unsweetened Pure Leafs a day. No idea how many cals I eat, but I'm rarely hungry. I shit every like 2-3 days and it's always very neat with a light tint of healthy green.

Never had the mental withdrawals though. I eat whatever I want now, really. If I have a craving, I'll eat it. But in not actively restricting myself, I find myself almost never having cravings.

I only started eating like this about 6 weeks ago and I'm getting faster and stronger while getting leaner and feeling amazing in every regard. Only supplement I take is fish oil and ZMA, which I started last week in an attempt to get into lucid dreaming. No lucid dreams yet, but I do have vivid dreams every night which I can actually recall for days.

You definitely have an intestinal disorder if you're pooping more than 2-3 times per day, go to the doctor. It could be cancer, but is probably Ulcerative Colitis or Chrons
