Associate promotion at my firm (non-rotiational analyst program) roughly half the people would get promoted. Some would be offered to stay on for a third year and the rest would leave (tech sales, MBA program etc...).

Typically at most firms associate base 1 is 120K to 125K (bonus stub for 6 months is 20K - 60K). This is for S&T. Variance starts happening at the associate level depending on the product, whether sales or trading or structuring etc... The ranges start to widen quite a bit.

Variance I have seen is for full year associate comp anywhere between 30K - 220K. A3 at my firm the base is 150K-170K with VP1 base of 175K-200K (bonus I have heard but cannot really confirm between 100K - 300K).

Removing really outliers average pay would be for a full year as first year associate 40K to 100K. Comp has been falling quite rapidly. Even in good years comp stays flat.

Not too familiar with structuring. From guys, I know in the industry base comp would be the same as Salespeople and Traders. Bonus at least at the analyst and associate levels would be about 10-30% lower, but as you progress up the ranks bonus becomes similar if not more (due to the fact that is more difficult to hire some to perform well at that role and the value add to the franchise).
