how to get pass the interview process?

hey all, I’m Fabrice Valentin. the reason for the post is that I wanted to know if anyone can help me with the interview process. I’m quality for ER, however I can never pass the interviews. is there any advice anyone can give me?

well, the first part of the interview really. I’m quality, whenever I apply to the big banks, they always send me a video interview but I can’t never pass that stage. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a little scare or just under pressure.

are you forced to do these in English? It sounds like you aren't a native speaker and it may just be a function of not having polished enough language skills. Probably the best way to change that is move to a the US/UK and only speak English 24/7 for a few months, focus on how you say each and every word and eliminate grammar issues.

Fabrice, it's not just the accent, it's the way you write. You asked for feedback and based on the limited information I have (your writing), I would guess that your language is largely the issue. Question, you've been here for over 18 years but what percentage of the day are you speaking English with other native speakers?
