How to learn more about various hedge fund strategies in depth?

To those who are in the industry, how did you learn more about it when you were breaking in? I understand the basics- L/S, macro, event driven etc. Want more info on some of the more specialized ones like distressed debt, cap structure arbitrage etc. Good insight on asset allocation more generally would also be nice. Besides Wikipedia or Google, can you recommend any good books, interview guides or even textbooks? Looking for something that explains the concepts in detail. I have a good finance background so open to more advanced stuff as well...

Ray Dalio from bridge water should have a publication on his website (economic principles, or slmething of that sort).

Fisher is big in the growth space

Graham, Buffett, Klarman for value.

If you watch insert x finance media channel then interview various money managers that are worth taking a closer look at. Maybe check out Bill Gross from PIMCO, def will have some insightful info. I'm not in the industry yet but doing this has helped exponentially over the last 6 months
