Any idea on how much bonuses have been historically for A1/A2/A3? I know last year was a rough year for HSBC bonuses so I'm having trouble getting good data points. Does any one know what banks HSBC generally benchmarks its comp with? I'd appreciate any info you guys have, thanks!!

I joined this year so no idea about the historical numbers. Probably most NY IB junior pool is eligible for stub bonus. I read in a post on this platform that they may give 100% (prorated I assume for stub) Do you know when will they communicate?
Staffer told me they would announce last week in Feb/ First week of March.
