I know this is necroing your post, but several things:
1) I’m a hydro-homie. I drink a ton of water and end up crystal all the time. And I remember what the old name for it was too… amusing in a sort of offensive, but fairly good-hearted way
2) I think it’s so funny that the WSO Monkey Bot suggested a thread of the same name, authored by you, which only had one comment which is also yours. I’m the first person to respond to either thread.

Normies literally don't understand people drinking water. I drink 1 or 2 glasses per hour while my normie colleagues only drink 1 glass at lunch and nothing for the rest of the day.
Same, my colleagues crush caffeine all day and only drink one bottle of water in a 10+ hour span... like wut
Totally with you on this one. Has made my caffeine intake drastically decrease and bonus points skin is always clear as hell. Going out of my way to drink more water is now so crucial and embedded in my life that it's hard to believe it wasn't before. I really don't get how folks go a whole day having had only a glass of water
How much water do you drink a day?
I drink about a Liter per hour when awake and not drinking White Claws. When I workout it’s 48oz/hr of Gatorade, unless I’m doing high intensity and then it’s 72oz/hr.
I don’t even piss that much - I burn it all off. But, I am also on a medicine that requires me to drink a lot of water.
My professor gets pissed at me because how many times I keep leaving to go piss and refill my bottle. non hydrohomies stay hating

I mean 16-20 oz of warm water in the morning. and 1-3 glasses throughout the day. Other than water I am all about Spindrift.
Drink ~20 oz of water as I get out of bed and literally always carry a 32 oz bottle of water with me. I try to drink as much water as I can without having to pee every 30 minutes (i just make sure my pee is generally clear).
I crush water all day. I also started making green tea cold brew. Super easy to make.
20oz right out of bed + 10oz mid-morning + 1.5 L bottle (~50oz) throughout the afternoon since I work out in my lunch break + 20 oz after dinner = 100oz neat
goal is to add another 50oz per day and reduce coffee to avg 0.5 cups per day (currently avg 1.5 cups a day)
