Mix my cereal with some Bang, put on some noise cancelling headphones, jam out to Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana, feel like Super-Saiyan Goku, wipe my sweat and proceed to being absolutely cracked. Works like a charm

 

Wake up early, but not too early (7am). Eat very light breakfast but usually nerves make me lose appetite. Briefly review technicals from my notecards and then go over behaviorals for 20-30 mins. Then just chill and go over techs and behaviorals one more time before interview. Hour leading up to it I start drinking preworkout or coffee and listening to music. 15 mins before I start playing some hard rock (thunderstruck, hell’s bells, etc) to get me hyped up with some energy. With 2 mins to go I do some meditation/focus on breathing. Then it’s go time...
