Academic probation for one semester senior year, will job offer be rescinded?

It seems that this will most likely depend on your university's policies for admission to the undergraduate business program. I suggest that you look up their criteria for admission, and speak to your dean about what information is and is not available to the business program admissions committee, and also about his personal experience in these matters.

"There are three ways to make a living in this business: be first, be smarter, or cheat."

For IBD, it won't matter. For B-school it might (doubtful). I just received, and accepted, an offer to attend GSB. I have 3 big fat Fs on my transcript from my undergrad days. I was not only on academic probation my first year, I was also subject to disqualification. I finished UG with a 3.5, and 3.9 in MS program. Point is, I doubt it will matter for either IBD or Bschool.

Would firms look down on delayed graduation in terms of internship applications? i.e. if I applied to an SA job for the summer after my 5th year as an undergrad will it raise eyebrows?

Obviously that is provided I do get into the b-school
