State governments should make it a priority that every school teaches students safe sex and makes birth control easily accessible. If fact provide free birth control everywhere. Anyone, anywhere should be able to get access to free birth control services. If the government has to spend millions of dollars on this, let it be. It will save billions in the long run. Who do you think picks out the tomatoes, potatoes, fruits that you eat? Definitely not a highly skilled worker like you request.
